West Lothian is a proud region that has seen its fortunes change radically over many decades. The old industries have made way for skilled, hi-tech operations that have helped push both the community and the economy forward.

But some sections of society often miss out on the chance to move forward with the rest of us. Illness, lack of funding or neglect can have an impact on all sorts of people, charities, buildings and organisations in the community who would otherwise play an important role in West Lothian society.

With this in mind, the Directors of Ashwood Scotland Ltd have approved the formation of The Ashwood Foundation – A Charitable Trust designed to help make a long-term difference to the local area by making regular contributions to worthy causes, charities and not-for-profit organisations working in the community.
